Catering Products

Kaskein Marja Oy offers a wide range of catering products.  The products are made with high quality raw materials.  We are always looking for ways to make our products even better, to help fulfill the needs of our customers.  We do not use any artificial coloring or flavors in our products.

Jams and Jellies

For the catering needs we produce jams made with fructose or sucrose. Our jams are made with very high berry content and we also produce jams that can be used in baking.  We offer them in 6 or 11kg containers. Our Jellies are made with sucrose and we offer them in 3kg containers.

Juices and syrups

We carry 100% unsweetened juice, and also fructose or sucrose sweetened syrups. The juices are available in various flavors:

-Seabuckthorn
-Blueberry
-Cranberry
-Black Currant

The syrups contains 55-80% juice (except for ILO-juice drinks) We have a large range of syrups. Some of our most popular syrups are:

-Cranberry
-Lingon Berry
-Raspberry
-Summer mix (rubarb, red currant and raspberry)

The sweetened syrups we sell in 5.5kg containers, and the unsweetened juices are available in 1 or 5kg containers.

Deep Frozen Products

Kaskein Marja carries mainly deep frozen berries straight from the Finnish Nature, for example:

-Strawberries
-Blueberries
-Raspberries (whole or crumbled)
-Red and black currant
-Cloudberries
-Rhubarb

We also carry a range of deep frozen forest mushrooms from Finnish nature, i.e.:

-Cep
-Chanterelle

Forest Mushrooms

Forest mushrooms make up a large part of our products. We buy the mushrooms from private sellers in our area
and if needed from wholesalers within Finland. 

The mushrooms are lightly salted (4%) and vacuum packed and they are especially useful in catering, we guarantee that they are quick and easy to use!

We offer:

-Northern milk cap (lactarius trivialis) (in cubes)
-Cep (boletus edulis)
-Chanterelle (cantharellus cibarius)
-False morel/turban fungus (gyromitra esculenta)
-The horn of plenty (craterellus cornucopioides)
-Funnel shaped chanterelle (cantharellus tubaeformis)

We also have various forest mushroom mixes available, which are very useful for salads, pasta dishes and much more.

Dried forest mushrooms are also available.

 

Berry Powders

We also carry a line of berry powders as part of our catering products. We dry and grind the berries very carefully
so that none of the vitamin content is lost in the process. The berry powders are great for baking or sprucing up a dessert.  The varieties we carry are:

-Cranberry
-Seabuckthorn
-Black currant

We pack the berry powder in 30-50g or 250g bags.

 

Dried Berries

Kaskein Marja Oy imports Canadian dried cranberries,sweetened with cane sugar or apple juice (useful for
diabetics).  The berries can be eaten straight from the bag or also taste great in cereals and yogurts. They can also
be used in baking, just like raisins.
